Section 46(1) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(1)The General Council may of its own motion take into consideration the draft of a Statute;Provided that in any such case, before a Statute is passed, the General Council shall obtain and consider the opinion of the Executive Committee.
