Section 57(1) in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Regulations, 1960
(1)The contribution of the Board shall be 61 per cent of the subscriber's emoluments drawn on duty and shall be credited to his account annually before the 31st March or whenever the account is closed. Should a subscriber elect to subscribe during leave, his leave salary shall for the purpose of these regulations, be deemed to be emoluments drawn on duty.
