(3)No member of a market committee shall enter into a contract with the market committee and shall, draw any amount from the market committee fund for execution of any contract or for making payment to a contractor.Explanation. Taking out a licence from the market committee for acting as a market functionary shall not constitute entering into a contract with the market committee for the purpose or this sub-rule.
