Section 4(2) in Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979
(2)A reference to Land Mortgage Bank in any law, or instrument, for the time being in force in the State shall, with effect from the commencement of this Act, be construed as a reference to a [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted for the words 'Land Development Bank' vide Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-87.] within the meaning of this Act.
