Section 480 in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955
480. Commissioner to provide for cleansing of streets and removal of refuse.
- For the purpose of securing the efficient scavenging and cleansing of all streets and premises, the Commissioner shall take measure for securing-(a)the daily surface cleansing of all streets in the City and the removal of the sweeping therefrom;(b)the removal of the contents of all receptacles and depots and of the accumulations at all places provided or appointed by him under section 484 or 485 for the temporary deposit of any of the matters specified in the said sections.
