Section 1 in The Orissa Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March, 2007.
