Section 62 in The Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules, 1963
62. Increment certificate.
(1)To the first bill in which a periodical increment is drawn for a Municipal servant, a certificate in the prescribed form No. 33 shall be appended to the bill.(2)When an increment claimed operates to carry a Municipal servant over an efficiency bar, it must be supported by a declaration from the authority empowered to allow the increment that it has satisfied itself that the Municipal servant concerned is to fit to cross the bar.
