2. This is an application U/s. 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 17 days in preferring the appeal U/s. 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 assailing the // 2 // order dated 22.03.2022 delivered in MAT Case No.15 of 2021 by the Senior Civil Judge, Rajgangpur.
3. Issue notice to the Respondent as to why the delay as aforementioned should not be condoned or any other order or orders shall not be passed in the circumstances of the case.
