Section 41(1) in Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the final authority for maintenance of discipline among the students of the University. The directions given by the Vice-Chancellor in this behalf shall be complied with by the Heads of Departments, Schools, Hostels and Institutions.
