Section 3(iv) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Protection Rules, 1955
(iv)On receipt of the application under rule 3(i), the Court or the Revenue Divisional Officer, as the case may be, shall fix a date for hearing the application and shall cause a notice of the date so fixed to be served on the landlord mentioned in the application.
