6. Right of the Councillors to inspect the Document relating to the items of Agenda.
- All the documents relating to matter included in the agenda shall be kept ready by the Chief Executive Officer for the inspection by the Councillors before two working days of any ordinary meeting and one clear day of a special meeting and any Councillor may inspect the same during office hours in presence of officer appointed by the Chief Executive Officer.
