Section 16(2) in The Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable Property and Provision for Protection of Tenants from Eviction from Premises in Disturbed Areas Act, 1991
(2)for clause (v), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(v) levy of court-fees in suits, appeals, proceedings and applications instituted or made before the State Government, Court, Controller or Collector."
