Section 7(1) in The Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997
(1)Every contesting candidate or his election agent shall lodge the account of election expenses with the District Election Officer, within the time specified in the Act, that is, 30 days from the date of election.
