Section 7(2) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Tariff Regulations, 2002
(2)The utility/licensee shall allocate the FSA to each class of consumers using the energy cost allocation factors for each class contained in the currently approved tariff or as may be otherwise directed by the Commission.
