Section 21 in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908

A Document relating to immovable property which is situate partly within and partly without the areas to which the Indian Registration Act applies may be registered in the office of any Registering Officer within whose jurisdiction any portion of the property is situate; but in such a case, the certificate of registration shall show that the registration has been effected only as regards the portion of the property which lies within the areas where the Registration Act is applicable.
