Section 62 in The Bengal Land-Revenue Sales Act, 1859
62. Application of Act.
- The operation of this Act shall be confined to such parts of the Lower Provinces in the Presidency of Fort William in Bengal as are or shall be subject to the general Regulation of that Presidency.
