Among 38 respondents herein, respondent Nos.4, 5, 14, 15, 20, 25, 29, 30, 32, 35, 36 and 38 have failed to appear, despite being duly served where respondent Nos.15 and 36 have refused to accept the service.
Remaining all respondents are well represented. None of the parties have filed the statement of case. Since it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and in that circumstance, the List of dates already submitted is presumed to have been accepted by the parties.
