Section 2(a) in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Travelling Allowance Rules, 1955
(a)The Speaker shall be eligible for travelling allowance for one journey from his usual place of residence to Chennai or to any other place fixed under Article 174 of the Constitution for a meeting of the Assembly and for one journey back there from to his usual place of residence in respect of each session of the Assembly.
