r Advocates Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner has preferred Cr.MMO No.796 of 2022, in terms whereof, the order passed by learned Trial Court upon the application filed by present petitioner under Section 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code stands assailed. He further submits that it will be in the interest of justice in case present revision petition is also heard alongwith said case. As prayed for, list before the appropriate Bench alongwith Cr.MMO No.796 of 2022.
