Section 29(1) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(1)Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Collector determining the amount of compensation may, within sixty days from the date of such decision, in so far as it affects him appeal to the Court having jurisdiction over the area in which the land is situate.
