Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act, 2010.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
