Section 1 in The Karnataka Transparency In Public Procurements Act, 1999
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the fourth day of October, 2000.
