(1)Every such application shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (4) of this Section be accompanied by a copy of the rent-roll of the estate, and by a specification referring to the papers of every measurements and record of rights which has respectively been made of and prepared for the estate by any officer appointed in that behalf [by the [State] [Substituted for 'by the Government' by A.O.] Government] or other competent authority and of which the person verifying the application under sub-section (2) has knowledge.
