Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in rejecting the online application vide No.CGC240220014679 dated 20.02.2024 for issuance of integrated community certificate to the petitioner certifying as "PERIKA BALIJA (BC-B)" relying on the certificate issued previously by the 2 competent authority in favour of the petitioner, which is rejected on 01.03.2024.

3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that already the petitioner is given the caste certificate.

4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
