(xxxii)"Other Backward Classes" means the scheduled citizens, mentioned in the schedule '1' of the Uttar Pradesh Lok Seva (Reservation for Scheduled, Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994 (as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand);
