In section 46 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2),—(a)for the word “July”, at both the places where it occurs, the word “October” shall be substituted;(b)for the words “in such form and containing such particulars as may be provided by regulations by the Board of all moneys received”, the words “in such form and manner and containing such particulars as may be prescribed by the Central Government, of all moneys received from any source” shall be substituted.
