Section 13(4) in The Assam Finance Service Rules, 1963
(4)The list of departmental candidates for promotion to Class I and Class II under sub-rules (2) and (6) respectively of Rule 7 shall ordinarily remain valid for one year from the date of recommendation of the Commission.
