Section 41(1) in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)The Authority may, on a reference from the Local body concerned, make such modifications to the sanctioned perspective plan, master plan and infrastructure plan, or area development plan as it thinks fit and which in its opinion are necessary.
