Section 30(1) in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
(1)A testimonial shall be signed by a responsible person with whom the candidate was employed and be countersigned by the Owner, Agent, Manager or Secretary of the Mill, factory or workshop or by such other person as the State Government may prescribe in this behalf.
