Section 2(iii) in Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1948
(iii)after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(e-1) 'foreign substance' means a substance other than cotton lint, and includes cotton waste, but does not include cotton leaf or cotton seed;"
