10. [ Fixing place and time of polling for Vice-Presidential election.- [Substituted by S.O. 796, dated 15.3.1962]
At every Vice-Presidential election where a poll is to be taken, the Election Commission shall-(a)fix a place of polling in the Parliament House in New Delhi;(b)specify the hours during which the poll will be taken; and(c)give due publicity to the place so fixed and the hours so specified.]
