The Irrigation Inspector and the Amin, will assist the panchayat and have close watch while realisation is in progress and see that the amount realised is timely deposited and due receipts are given to the depositors in Sinchai-pustika (Form 11-in Hindi). The breach hereof may then and there be reported to the Canal Deputy Collector when noticed, who will take such steps as he deems fit to check the same.
