Section 54 in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
54. Superannuation. - (1) The age of superannuation of the member of service in the University shall be of 62 years:
Provided that the superannuation age of teachers imparting Medical Education in constituent Medical and Dental Colleges of the University and in Medical and Dental Colleges affiliated to the University shall be 65 years:Provided further that the superannuation age of teachers imparting Nursing Pharmacy and Physiotherapy shall be 62 years.
