Section 3(1) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005
(1)All the Head Masters Grade II and Lecturers in District Institute of Education and Training who have completed more than 8 years of service in a particular School/Office/ Institution as on 1st July of the year shall be transferred.
