Section 11(3) in The Gujarat Technological University Act, 2007
(3)The committee so appointed under sub-section (2) shall within such time and in such manner as directed by the State Government, select three persons who it considers fit for being appointed as a Vice-Chancellor and shall recommend to the Chancellor the names of the persons so selected together with such other particulars it deems fit.
