Section 15(1) in The M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)The Secretary of the Board, the Secretary of the District Legal Aid and Legal Advice Committee and the Secretary of the Tahsil Legal Aid and Legal Advice Committee shall receive such monthly salary and such monthly allowances as the State Government may, from time to time, determine.
