(3)The Authority shall have the power to give directions requiring any person in-charge of any premises, where any activity relating to bovine breeding is carried out or who in its opinion is contravening any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under, to furnish such information and in such form, as may be specified by it.Chapter-III Registration of Sperm Stations and Semen Banks and Certification of Bulls and Trained Artificial Insemination Workers
