Section 11 in The West Bengal Evacuee Property Act, 1951
11. Constitution of the Committee.
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an Evacuee Property Management Committee for West Bengal.(2)The Committee shall consist of a President and three other members.(3)The President shall be an officer of the State Government appointed in this behalf by the State Government from time to time, and the other members shall be appointed by the State Government from among the members of the Minority Community.(4)The Committee shall be a body corporate by the name of the Evacuee Property Management Committee of West Bengal and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
