Section 6(1) in The Gujarat Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2003
(1)The Competent Authority, on receipt of order of his appointment, shall take such necessary action as it is necessary or expedient for taking physical possession of all the moneys, properties and assets of the concerned Financial Establishment expeditiously and he shall have all the powers which are necessary for the aforesaid purpose.
