Section 44(3)(b) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

(b)If an employee of the Commission dies after completion of one year of qualifying service, but before completing 5 years of qualifying service, the amount of death-cum-retirement gratuity shall be equal to 6 times of his emoluments.
