Section 120(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)Every employer undertaking any excavation or tunneling work shall appoint a project engineer for safe operation of such projects of such excavation or tunneling Work for which such engineer is appointed.
