This Interim Application is taken out in the Contempt Petition filed by the Petitioner, who is an Advocate and appearing in person. By the Interim Application, the Petitioner seeks directions against Respondent No.9 to produce certain alleged forged documents and cancel licenses/documents.
2. No such relief can be granted in an Interim Application filed in Contempt Petition. The Interim Application shall stand rejected.
