Section 15(1) in Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Act, 1976
(1)The State Government [may at any time call for the record of any case under the Act pending before, or disposed of by, any officer and may pass such order in relation thereto as in its opinion the circumstances of the case require and as is not in consistent with any of the provision contained in this Act or the rules made thereunder.
