Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (ORAL)
1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to ensure that the petitioners are not harassed at the instance of respondents No.4 to 16 as they have started living together in live-in relationship against the wishes of private respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners are major and are living in live-in relationship against the wishes of private respondents. He submits that petitioner No.1 was earlier married to one Samsad Ali, who has since died, and thereafter she married respondent No.4.
