12. Power to use Force.
- Any officer authorised by the State Government in this is behalf may nay take or cause to betaken such steps and use or muse to be used, such force as may, in the opinion of such officer, be reasonably necessary for securing possession of any accommodation in accordance with an order passed under Section 3, or for securing compliance with, or for preventing or rectifying any contravention of, any order made under any provision of this Act rectifying any contravention of, any order made under any provision of this Act or for the effective exercise of any power conferred by any provisions of this Act.
