Section 25(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Solar Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010
(1)The normative capital cost for setting up Solar Photovoltaic (PV), Rooftop Solar PV and other Small Solar Power Projects shall be Rs. 1690 Lakh/MW for FY 2010-11 which may be reviewed from time to time:Provided that the Commission may deviate from above norm in case of project specific tariff determination in pursuance of Regulation 7 and Regulation 8.
