Section 2(b) in The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules and Regulations, 1993
(b)"Appointing Authority" in respect of the Executive posts means the "Chairman" and in respect of Subordinate Service or other Ministerial & class IV posts means the Member Secretary or such other officer to whom this power may, with any conditions be delegated by the Board in respect of certain categories of posts.
