115. Roads to be provided in residential sub-division plan.
- (i) Depending upon the total area to be subdivided roads are to be provided in a hierarchical manner as per the following table provided that roads of 6 metre width can only serve as access to plots and the collector streets should have a minimum width of 9 metres.Table-22| Class of roads | Width in Metre | Maximum length permissible in metres |
