(1)Adolescent prisoners in prisons shall be kept entirely separate from other prisoners both by day and night. Habitual adolescent prisoners shall be kept separate from non-habitual adolescent prisoners.(2)All matters of adolescent prisoners shall be dealt with in a manner as the Government may instruct from time to time.
