Section 9(2) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(2)The Excise Commissioner may depute any officer for verification, as mentioned in sub-rule (1) and such officer shall be allowed full access to the premises. The manufacturer shall be bound to carry out any rectification as per direction of Commissioner within a reasonable time fixed by the Commissioner.
